4th Grade Math Notes

Compass Learning!

The Pierce third graders had usernames that were not their district assigned username. Therefore, until I change them back manually, try the login information from last year if you cannot get logged in. Sorry for the inconvenience! 

Marvelous Monday

Today was a marvelous Monday! We began in the computer lab to practice accessing Compass Learning. Please go on to the link below and log in. The username is the child's district username (ex. Alex Benjamin Carta = abc2) and the password is the child's birthdate with no zeros (ex. February 5th, 2005 = 252005). The school should say Covington.  Once logged on, students can practice for 15 minutes - especially if there was difficulty logging on in the lab this morning.

Fabulous Friday!

Today was a fabulous day! We did a great generate/sort/connect activity in 4th grade math. Third graders worked really hard on their unit 1 test. Our ILD (instead of science) class was awesome! Please ask your child to share all the great pictures they took today! Have a WONDERFUL weekend and we cannot wait to see everyone on Monday!

Teriffic Thursday

Today was a teriffic day! Please ask your 4th grader about their test. I returned the tests and we went over them but recollected them to enter the grades into the computer. The test will come home with your child tomorrow. Third graders have a review test and a copy of the key coming home tonight. Please look both items over with your third grader. The test is TOMORROW. :-) If you did not do so already, please sign up for the Walk for Fitz next week. Have a great evening and we can't wait for tomorrow!
