Fabulous Friday!

Today was a fabulous day!  We spent the morning working on Book Clubs.  We're almost finished with Science Fiction.  Did your child tell you about their Science Fiction fun with the 7/8 students yesterday? Here was a video we made afterwards:



During third grade math we reviewed decimals and even talked about naming them.  We completed an in-class worksheet.  The HW is JP 118 & HL 5.8.

After Engineering Technology and lunch, we spent the afternoon working on science!  We had SO MUCH fun!  It was great!  We completed our aquariums, added plants and animals and then we also looked at our terrariums in which the plants are beginning to sprout!  We'll be ready for terrarium animals next week!

Finally, we did make it to the Media Center for book checkout at the very end of the day.

*Please consider volunteering for the Detroit Historical Museum next Friday!  We'll need you and it will be fun and educational!!
