Today was a very quick late start day! The day just flies by when we don't start until 9:50. We began the day math. During third grade math we solved the multiplication problems that we discussed in detail yesterday. We also checked JP 210. More multiplication practice came home today!
After math, we worked on daily grammar and students had a short time for book clubs. Then, after lunch, we completed planners. The kids then went to swimming and then Spanish. We finished the day with our Native American research. All the kids were working really hard and many were asking for just a "few more minutes" when it was already 3:05! Once the room was cleaned up, there were a few minutes remaining for Sharks and Minnows!
Please remember that fourth graders need their instrumental music forms by THURSDAY.
Also, Reading Party permission slips are due on FRIDAY, 5/4. We also REALLY need parent volunteers to drive. If your schedule would allow, we would be SO GRATEFUL to have you join us.
Thank you for reading and have a wonderful evening!
