Today was terrific! We began the morning with a lesson about adjectives, which will prove very useful for our descriptive writing. After math, we worked on Daily Grammar and then revised in our Writer's Notebooks.
During third grade math we worked with extended facts after we discussed the Unit 6 test. The HW is to finish JP 169 and then complete JP 170. Also, HL 7.6 is due tomorrow. Fact quizzes and IXL are due by Sunday.
After PE and lunch, we had DEAR time followed by Spanish. Lastly, we spent time with Mrs. Truesdell as the final day to work on portfolios. Students also had the opportunity to work on Fact Quizzes, IXL or Spelling City. We began the Dr. Seuss biography before planners and clean-up and ended our day with Sharks and Minnow outside.
