We made it through the first week (well, first four days) and it was FANTASTIC! We have the BEST class and this will be the BEST year!
This morning we spent some time working on our posters and creating a class SCRABBLE board with our names. Our names fit together perfectly! Please be sure to check out our poster on the back of our door! We also read Time For Kids. Your child has his or her copy so please ask to see it. It was a great issue!
Third grade math: Today was great! We reviewed number sequences and then explored the patterns on a number grid. Your child now has a number grid in his or her math folder.
HW: JP 3 and HL 1.2 (Journal page 3 and Home Link 1.2)
After Engineering Tech and lunch we had DEAR. We then went to the Media Center for book check-out. The remainder of the afternoon was spent finalizing our Wordles and working on our posters. We had an amazing time with a balloon activity so please ask your child to share what that was all about.
HELP! WE NEED EMPTY TW0-LITER BOTTLES! PLEASE BRING THEM IN AS EARLY AS MONDAY!!
