Wonderful Wednesday!

Today was a wonderful day!  Book Clubs were first as usual and then writing in the Creative Station was after math.  Today before we went to the computer lab, we had a mini-lesson that the kids really seemed to understand.  We talked about how we can list the events within a small moment and then provide multiple details for each of those events.  I can tell that their current Holiday Break small moments are beginning excellently!

In third grade math we continued two investigations from yesterday and then we worked on rounding.  Tonight's homework is a rounding worksheet; there is no assignment within the journal or home link books.  Please remember that everyone needs to work on IXL for at least 50 minutes by Sunday.

After Engage, lunch and Engineering Technology, we had science.  We spent the entire afternoon in the lab!  We made our terrariums.  The kids were amazing at following directions and the terrariums turned out great!

Please consider volunteering for the Detroit Historical Museum next Friday!  We'll need you and it will be fun and educational!!

Thank you for reading and have a great evening!
