A Great Tuesday!

Today was an awesome Tuesday!  We finished up the Realistic Fiction genre first thing this morning.  The kids did great making connections to their books through creating great projects!  After math, we worked with helping verbs.

During third grade math, we worked on the Geometry Packets and began lesson 6.10.  We will finish lesson 6.10 tomorrow.  Tonight's homework is to finish JP 149, 150 and HL 6.10.

After PE, and lunch, we had DEAR.  Then, it was time for Spanish!  After Spanish we worked on finishing up the Michigan Ecosystem PSAs.  Two groups finished and they are fabulous!  Everyone else will be finished by Thursday afternoon.  Lastly, we learned about Jackie Robinson.  This was a great way to end the day as we will begin the Biography/Autobiography genre in Reading Workshop tomorrow.

THERE WILL BE NO SWIMMING FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS DUE TO JUMP ROPE FOR HEART.  PLEASE LOOK FOR THE HANDOUTS TOMORROW AS WE WILL NEED VOLUNTEERS.

Please also remember to check other class blogs/wikis for important information and homework assignments.  The applicable blogs/wikis are on the left side of this page.

Thank you for reading and have a great night!
