What a TERRIFIC Tuesday!

It was a terrific day!  It was Wasey's birthday and we had a great time celebrating!  Thank you for the popsicles, Wasey!  This morning we practiced nouns using online activities.  Then, after math, we continued writing workshop.  We're revising both our Ethan and Scott paragraphs as well as our small moment stories.

In math, we spent more time with measurement.  Today's focus was perimeter!  We also talked about how we will have fact tests twice weekly, the links will be in the Tuesday and Friday math posts.

After swimming, lunch and Spanish, we spent the afternoon working on the natural disaster news stories.  The kids worked very hard and I am so excited to see how great their final news broadcasts turn out!  Lastly, we discussed the paragraph practice which is due on Friday, November 18th.
