What a Wonderful Wednesday!

Today was a wonderful day! We began our morning with reading workshop.  The creativity of our students is really shining with their chapter summaries!   After math, we spent time on preparing for the MEAP.  Lastly, Engage was the morning Co-Curricular.

Third grade math:
Today was a great day!  We discussed the solutions to the review and it is coming home with your child so you can see any corrections.  Tomorrow we will take the Unit 1 test.  However, if your child will be absent on Thursday and/or if your family will be celebrating Rosh Hashanah, the test can be taken on MONDAY instead.  We also played an Everyday Math game on the iPad.

After lunch we had DEAR and then Engineering Technology! Our afternoon was science, science and more science!  We investigated streams using our models.  Please ask your child to share some of the observations they have made.

The All About Me Newspapers are up in the hallway!  Please stop by and visit to see just how fabulous they turned out!  The kids worked really hard and it shows!

Thank you so much for reading and for checking and signing your child's planner!
