Today in math we got started on our very first workshop! Since it is something new for all of us, we took it nice and slow. We'll actually be spreading out one lesson over two days (today and tomorrow) this first time, to make sure that everyone understands how the workshop works. Lesson 1.1 is all about numbers and number sequences. We talked about where you find numbers, what they tell us, and what sequences we can make with them. Today we got through the mini-lesson and two rotations, tomorrow we will finish up the last three rotations and wrap-it-up.
